I apologize for not posting in a while but I have been having Internet connection problem. Anyway here is some outfits I have been wearing recently and as you can see I am trying to slowly work fall pieces into my work outfits. I am so ready for Fall. See you tomorrow for my September Birchbox preview!
As mentioned last week I wanted to attempt to make weekly outfit or even maybe daily outfit posts a new series and addition to my blog. I am planning on finding a better and bigger mirror hopefully soon so I can take better pictures. My overall plan for this is to have at least one post each week that is an outfit post. Remember you can leave me a comment and let me know if you like this idea or not! Happy Wednesday!
Hot Pink Blazer - Francesca's/ White V-Neck Top - H&M/ Shorts - Zara(old) / ELLE Peep-Toe Dress Heels - Kohl's / Grey Clutch - Forever21(sold out)
Yesterday's outfit was tribal inspired with this top from Libby Story. I added some gold to the outfit with my DKNY watch and Gold Chunky Chain necklace from H&M. The Jessica Simpson two-tone mule wedges gave the outfit the little boost it needed. I hope to see you tomorrow with a look into what my weekend holds. Happy Wednesday!
I love that I get to wear cute and fashionable clothes everyday to work! I am going to try to make this a weekly post possibly so here is the first try at a week's worth of work fashion. I hope y'all like it! Happy Monday!
Whether it is crop tops, cut-out dress, or even perforated shoes the trend this spring is all about letting a little skin peep through. Now I love this trend because I feel like it has a 70's feel to it and can be done in a sexy yet classic way. I plan to entertain this trend this spring. I have already purchased a few crop tops and cut-out dresses but the only fear I have for this trend is people not remembering the basic fashion rules. The major one being that you should only show a little skin and not bare it all. Ladies we all know that if we are going to wear a revealing low cut top then the rest of our body should be fairly covered up. I mean we have all seen or known that girl that just wants to bare it all and hey I am proud of the self confidence you have but truthfully that never looks good on anyone. Anyway, I love this trend but I would love to know your stance on it, so what do you think flaunt it or make it disappear?
For those of you that do not know already know I am Pilate's Instructor. Since, I have been teaching for almost two years now, that means that my wardrobe for work consists of lots of different workout clothes. I often get asked where I get most of them from so I decided that I would answer this question on here. For chic fitness clothes that won't break the bank the best places to shop are Target, Old Navy, JC Penney, and Forever21. The medium priced range would be Zella at Nordstrom, Gap, and Athleta. As far as a place that will cost you a pretty penny its name is Lululemon. While it may be a little expensive it has amazing clothes that will last after years of wear and tear. Now that you know all my little stops for fitness clothes feel free to let me know if you have any others that I did not mention here.
