This was a belated Christmas present to myself because I love a good coffee table book. I really love coffee table books by bloggers that I have been following for a few years. Erin Gates is one that I have really enjoyed following not only her blog but also her Instagram account. Home décor is one of my passions and I love constantly updating mine even if it is as little as adding a new book to my coffee table! New Closet

This week's new home update is my closet now that I finally got it rearranged and color coded. I am so glad I had time to get around to organizing it because it has made finding clothes for work much easier. Basically closet organization leads to quick effortless mornings! Waiting on Martha

Recently, I discovered this adorable and chic blog called Waiting on Martha . After I found the blog I realized that it was also an online store. Well, of course you know me and I had to check it out and I could not be more thrilled that I did. A little over a week ago I ordered their Spots Matchboxes which can be seen here. Refinished Bar

Around this time last year I bought a piece of furniture that I have been using as a little bar over the last year. Well the only color options of the piece was black or red. As you can tell from past home post red does not go with my decor at all so I went with the black. The only problem was that the space was small and poorly lit so the black bar just became an eye sore. This weekend I decided that I would distress the piece to lighten it up. I hope you enjoy the new lighter look of my bar!

Sprouting

If you have noticed recently I have decided that once a week I will feature a store, restaurant, or event in Mississippi that is worth checking out, whether you live here or are visiting. I think is this allowed me to find new ways to love this hospitable state that I live in. This week I am featuring the store Sprout baby, home, and garden that is located here in Starkville, Ms. As you know I love all things home which means of course I had to check it out. Perhaps you are like me and thought that this store was mainly just baby but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in! The home décor here was right on point. After, leaving that store I dreamed of all the different items and wished I could redecorate my whole house. I hope you enjoy this glimpse into the store through my eyes!

Home Bar Inspiration
