Week/Weekend Favorites
Let me start out by apologizing for the lack of posts last week. It was filled with tests and assignments due but don't worry this week things will be back to normal! I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
- Well this past week started off nice with two snow/ice days off from school and work. Which meant I got to enjoy my coffee and watch The Today show with Katie Lee and Hoda. The only downfall to those days was that we didn't get any snow and I had to study -
- Getting to enjoy a little study break and the beautiful warmer weather with this guy! -
- Receiving these Valentine goodies from my best friend! -
- Having the most amazing Valentine's Day with Jay and being completely surprised when he gave me this gorgeous emerald ring that I saw last weekend when we were back home! -
- Spending Saturday doing a little shopping in Aspen Bay, one of my favorite stores in Starkville. The picture below is just a few of the things I picked up! -
Honorable Mention:
- Getting a Valentines' Day card in the mail from my parents! -
- Watching this adorable video that expresses how pretty much everyone is feeling right about now, click here to watch -

Runaway Baby
I have always said that I want to run a half marathon and eventually a full marathon one day. Well, I have decided that I am finally going to do it. I am trying to mentally prepare myself to keep running for 13.1 miles. I have been told that it is more mental that it is physical by the time you actually get to the race. I am planning on running my first half marathon in January or February! But don't you worry I will keep you updated on my training and which one I sign up for! Below is the 6 week training plan I am going to be following up until my race.
I would greatly appreciate any words of encouragement or advice if you have run one before! Happy Tuesday!

NYFW
Today is the start of Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week. To quote the fabulous stylist and now designer Rachel Zoe "I Die" . I literally would die if I ever went to Fashion Week. I feel like it is pretty much like being in a dream. Well, if you are like me and cannot go at least we can watch it live thanks to the internet! You can find anything you need for NYFW here.
