Weekend Plans

Tomorrow I will be heading down to New Orleans for the Saints preseason game against the Titans! I am so excited that it is almost NFL football season again. I am a huge Saints fan and even though my favorite player went to a different team this year I will still wear his jersey to the games! I cannot wait to have a weekend away in New Orleans with Jay and some good friends! I will be back Sunday night and am planning to have lots of pictures for y'all to see from my weekend. WHO DAT!! Happy Thursday!

Weekend Favorites

- Going to Mistletoe Marketplace with my mother and grandmother Friday night to do a little shopping for Christmas gifts -

 

- Eating supper at Local 463 with Jay, his sister, and his dad to celebrate his dad's birthday! Jay and I both got the Redfish463 which was amazing, I would recommend it to anyone planning to go. Also, we had to get dessert to celebrate his birthday so I picked the Pound cake that was topped with lemon curd, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries! But honestly everything on the menu is to dead for here! -

 

- Sunday my mom and I stopped by Callaway's Home and Garden for their Christmas Open House to see all their wonderfully decorated Christmas trees. I have decided I am going to start decorating for Christmas early this year, I mean why not? -

 

- Lastly, the weekend ended with a great 49-17 win for the New Orleans Saints against the Dallas Cowboys. WHO DAT!! -

Weekly Favorites

- Saints winning and now being 4-0! WHO DAT BABY!! -

- October finally starting so I can buy pumpkins, mums, and decorate for Halloween. -

 

- Getting all the ingredients to make some Spiced Pumpkin Mini Bundt cakes with a Maple Cream Cheese Icing to bring to Jay's Aunt's tailgate Saturday. I cannot wait to make these tomorrow! Recipe on here Monday! -

 

- Today is Jay and I's 3 year anniversary!! It is also Bulldog Bash which means live bands right outside his apartment complex. I have to say it is a good way to celebrate being together for 3 years. We will also be exchanging small gifts since we will be going to Memphis later this month to really celebrate our anniversary! -

Weekly Favorites

- This week started great by getting to spend all day Sunday on the river tanning and wake boarding -

- Finally finished my summer classes and now have one week off until classes start back on the 19th-

 

- Going to one of my favorite cities for a little vacation this weekend! New Orleans! -

 

- Not only going for a vacation but too see the Saints in their pre-season game against the Kansas City Chiefs. For those of you who don't know my dad is from New Orleans so I have been born and raised to love the Saints. Cannot wait to see them but especially my favorite player #43 Darren Sproles, been a fan even when he played for the Chargers. WHO DAT! -
