First, let
me apologize for my absence yesterday I was a little overwhelmed with school
work. Anyway, Red Velvet is one of my favorite cakes to make and when I saw the
recipe for these cookies I knew I just had to try them! I had one little
addition to the recipe and that was adding white chocolate chips. Enjoy!!
