This makes a wonderful Valentine's Day meal or really any date night! I made this on a week night and it wasn't too troublesome but I would recommend making it on a night where you have a little more time to prepare it. Mine still turned out amazing but I was just feeling like I had to rush to get it done quickly. This entrée makes such a pretty presentation that I would not hesitate to serve this at a dinner party.
