This salad is easy but full of flavor. It is a copy cat of my favorite salad Shrimp, Crab, and Avocado at Old Venice restaurant here in Starkville the only change I made to mine was I substituted grilled chicken to replace the lump crab meat but mainly because it was easier to find than good lump crab meat. I also pair mine with a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing as opposed to the lemon herb vinaigrette they suggest with theirs. You can also add Asparagus to this salad to give it a little more crunch and veggies.
