Last night I cooked dinner for Jay and I. Jay really likes Chicken Cordon Bleu but the only down side is that it is pretty unhealthy. I decided I would try to find a healthier version to make for him. Eventually, I did find one on Skinnytaste.com.


 
 
This one is a little better for you because instead of being fried it is baked. While it may be healthier it definitely does not skimp on taste. This version was very filling and tasty!  The recipe can be found here on Skinnytaste.com. See you again tomorrow!
