If you are like me then you are always in a rush to get dinner ready but not only get it ready but have it be fairly healthy at the same time. Well, I have a simple, quick, and fairly healthy chicken dish for you. Plus, you only need 4 ingredients to make it happen.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Tenderloins
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Dijon Mustard
Pam Cooking Spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Wash and cut up chicken into cubes (small pieces)
3. Spray your pan with Pam
4. Coat Chicken with the Dijon Mustard and Mrs. Dash seasoning
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Enjoy!
